Common questions
How do I add products to my inventory?
Go to the Inventory tab and tap the + button in the top right. Fill in the product name, SKU, price and initial stock level, then tap Save.
Can I use Shelvr with multiple locations?
Yes. You can create multiple locations and switch between them from the Home screen. Stock is tracked independently per location, and transfers let you move inventory between them.
How do I invite team members?
Go to Settings → Team → Invite Member. Enter their email address and choose a role (Manager or Staff). They'll receive an invitation link to create their account.
What is a Bill of Materials (BOM)?
A BOM defines the components needed to produce a finished product. Go to Production → Bills of Materials to create one. Once set up, you can launch Production Orders that automatically deduct the component stock.
How do I cancel or manage my Pro subscription?
Your subscription is managed through the app. Go to Settings → Plan → Manage to upgrade, cancel, or update your billing details.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Settings → Profile → scroll to the Danger Zone section → tap Delete Account. This is permanent and cannot be undone. If you need help,
email us instead.
